CONSULTATION
Our design consultant will arrange to meet with you to discuss your thoughts and requirements for your building or renovation project. This initial consultation allows us to gain a thorough understanding of the needs of you and your family.
SITE ASSESSMENT
The designer will arrange to complete a comprehensive site measure (where necessary) of both the inside and outside of your home and take detailed internal and external reference photos.
WORKING DRAWINGS
Preparation of the drawing and/or the existing conditions of your property, followed by the development of your plan concept proposal. All design concepts and plans are reviewed by our design team in order to achieve the best result for your initial viewing.
PRESENT CONCEPTS
Your designer will arrange an appointment to meet with you to present and discuss the proposal in detail. It is important that all involved be present, so that both parties may have important input into the initial design concepts.
REFINE PLANS
From this stage we will work with you to make any minor changes to the plan in order to achieve the most fluent and functional design possible.
